For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Hi everyone! Here we are, the last Sunday of April already. Sometimes the days go by so fast. Too fast. I have not been publishing posts much these days and it seems like whenever I try to get back on track, something happens to mess up those plans. But, I keep trying. Anyway, spring is here! The sun is shining, though it is a bit on the cool side yet. The temperature is 48F (9C), but there is a cool wind blowing too which makes it a bit uncomfortable. Soon the dandelions will be out showing their bright, happy faces once again. Until then, we have sone nice, bright and cheerful yellow wildflowers for you to enjoy…

Yellow Avens.

Wild Bush Honeysuckle.

Golden Corydalis.

Common Tall Buttercup.

Common Stonecrop. Not really a wildflower, but it grows wild in many places.
Well, that is all for today everyone. I hope you enjoy today’s wildflowers, have a great week and God bless!

Nothing like a pop of yellow in wildflowers to bring a smile in anticipation of the flowers of summer, after nine months of white on the ground! Enjoy your day, Steve, and don’t worry about how many posts you do. Enjoy the moment! π

Yes indeed, that bright yellow really bursts with cheerfulness! Yeah, I shouldn’t worry about my posts, but I still would like to be more regular with them. But this last couple of years has brought so much upheaval that it has been hard to keep things going. But things will settle down. Thanks! Have a great week!ππ»

You have done an amazing job with your blogs despite life’s challenges, Steve. You are like the little engine of storyland, who said, “I think I can.” He did and got to the other side of the mountain. As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. You have definitely had a “I think I can mentality” and you do it! ππ
