For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Hi everyone! Here I am once again with more photos for the month of May. The temperature was fairly nice today and it was partly sunny, but it was windy, 30mph gusting to 50mph (50kph to 80kph). We don’t often get wind that strong except during storms.
But this stayed with us all day. It didn’t bother the bigger birds, but the smaller birds were hiding in more sheltered locations. There has been a lot of smaller birds around the building here this spring which has been nice to see, so I can actually get pictures of some of them.

Fox Sparrow, they were a bit late arriving this year.
I will show one of my favorite birds today, the fox sparrow. Plus one of the ducks I saw the other day, a male Bufflehead. They are a tiny duck that likes to dive underwater looking for tiny minnows for it’s meal.

Male Bufflehead duck.
Have a great day everyone and God bless!
