Beautiful Rainbow.

Hi everyone! Last evening we had such a beautiful rainbow show up and usually they don’t last long enough for me to get my camera out and get a picture. But, yesterday it was there for quite a while, actually two of them, though the one is very faint. But both were lovely, complete rainbows.

I couldn’t get a picture of the whole rainbow from my balcony though and from the ground it just didn’t show up as nicely. We have had a lot of severe storms the last few days which produced several tornadoes west of us. Some places received as much as 10 inches (255mm) of rain and there was strong wind and hail with many of those storms.

One place had hail that was 4 inches (10cm) in diameter. We had hail here too, but it was normal, smaller size hail about dime sized. Thankfully we missed the worst of the storms, though we did get a lot of rain. I heard that we received about 5 inches (125 mm) of rain.
