For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Hi everyone and Happy Sunday! We have had a big change in our weather here. Before it was hot and extremely dry with huge forest fires. Well, okay, there still is forest fires a bit further north than us. But in this area we have been getting quite a lot of rain.
Today we have severe thunderstorms, one made it almost as dark as night right at noon. Plus there are tornado warnings out for our area too. Not a great thought living at the top of an apartment building.

Apple blossoms from spring.
There have been at least 8 tornadoes to the west of us already from this storm system. I pray we don’t see any right here in our town though. However, on a brighter note, I have a couple more beautiful flower photos to share with you.

Lilac blossoms from spring also.
These are from shrubs, or trees, so not quite typical flowers, but so beautiful anyway. Have a great day everyone and God bless!

Hi everyone! Well, I decided to bring back some oddities and beauty found in nature. Sometimes we overlook the beauty that surrounds us because we look for something big or fantastic.
But those oddities and beauty of nature can sometimes be quite small and perhaps things we normally would not look at. The oddity of something can be it’s beauty, so that’s what I will be looking for once again for this series.

I hope you will enjoy it. Have a great weekend everyone and God bless!
