Daily Pics 2020…#26.

Good morning and Happy Sunday everyone!  For those of you who are already well into your day, I hope you are having a good day!  And for those just starting out, I hope it will be a good day for you!  It’s another cloudy and mild day here at Steve’s Country.  Muffin is awake, had her breakfast and is now enjoying herself at the window.  Soon it will be playtime again and perhaps another round of skiffleball.  She was sure having fun with her toy mouse during the night, running, jumping, fighting, tossing.😹  Me, I just did tossing and turning.😂But she was having fun.  She has to keep in shape for our new mystery story which starts tomorrow.

Today I just kind of felt like some bright sunny roses would be nice, although they are not my pics, I hope you will enjoy them anyway…

Nature’s Art…#10.

Hello everyone!  I’m a bit slow today it seems, but here we are with our next Nature’s Art!  It really is a beautiful day here, although cloudy once again.  However, for us in winter, cloudy days are generally mild days, sunny days are cold.  So cloudy isn’t so bad then really.  Muffin disagrees however, she misses her patches of sunshine for her naps. It’s been a quiet day at the feeders too for some reason.  I’m sure it’s mainly due to the mild weather, even the squirrel hasn’t been around today to get any peanuts, though I did see him running around through the trees once.  So, basically it’s been quiet today.

And now for some more art in nature…

Followed by this wavy oddity.  There were several of these in one area, all quite large.  This one is 4 inches by 6 inches (10 cm by 15 cm) with a stem that’s only about 1 inch (2.5cm).

I’m sorry I don’t know the names of these mushrooms yet, I’m still learning about mushroom identification which is definitely not as easy as wildflowers.  I hope you all have a great weekend and God bless!
