Random Act Of Kindness Award.

Hello to all of my faithful readers!  Well, it’s award time again and this one is definitely a bit different than others and it’s my first nomination for this award.  I was nominated for this award by MwsR over at https://mwsrwritings.com and she has a wonderful blog filled with all sorts of different articles and fun facts, just too much to mention.  If you have not visited her site before, then I would suggest you should take a look.  Thank you so very much for this nomination and sorry it has taken a while to get it done!img_8932

Well, this is kind of a tough one, I really don’t like writing about things I have done myself, that’s something better done by someone else if they want to do so.  Therefore, I will repeat something that appeared on my blog a while back, which first appeared on Ilona’s blog at https://easydiet.blog and I think it certainly should fit for this award.  It was definitely a random act of kindness.  So I will reprint it below.

Two men and a woman were standing in a small park watching something and a third man went over to see. There was a rather big guy about to rape a young girl (early teens). The two guys were not doing anything so the third man went over to try and do something. This guy was quite a bit bigger than the third man, but, still he went over and when he looked up at the third man, this third man punched him in the face. He didn’t seem to like that and the third man ended up being punched and kicked a few times. He then ran away as the girls parents came to get their daughter. The third man asked if she was okay, the mother yelled to stay away, which he did. He then went back to the where the others were standing and the woman there said to him, you’re not a real man, a real man would have won that fight, my Brad here would have beat that guy easy. Strange, her Brad didn’t do anything but watch. But that is the definition of a real man now I guess. In that case, the third man said he didn’t mind not being a real man. He lost but at least the girl wasn’t raped so she was saved from suffering something dreadful, he only had to put up with a few aches and pains for a few days. How long would she have suffered. What is your definition of a real man? As you said, this is how down we are now.

  1. Good Steve, I think it is much better to know how kind and great you are and keep the things you did in silence than to go and brag about them, of course. Good and kind person is always doing instead of talking. I bet you are wonderful person Steve, it is flowing through your posts even if never mentioned how great you are.   2. Congrats! And the illustration you used is a prime example of “love in action.” It doesn’t sit back and expect someone else to help or change the world, but steps up and does to others as it would want to be treated.

  4. You deserved this nomination! It is so good to come across people like you who care about others. Usually people don’t bother what is happening in this world. The story which you have narrated is surely pure and heartbreaking.Thank you for making us come across such a beautiful story!

    I read this story before and this man is so brave! I would have done the same not like this stupid woman that need to be beaten with her man! Being kind and brave is such a great quality 👍 and when I saw my name I was so happy to be nominated for such an award 😸 thank you so much Steve and yes for sure will complete it 😊

      • No, i went to the gym today and to swim but didnt stayed much on the beach it was to hot, so also went to the shop to get gift for my father because it is father day on Sunday after was resting at home, because hotness is very tiring 🙂 how about you? 🙂

      • I see you celebrate father’s day the same day we do. Since it was rainy and cool I couldn’t go get pictures today so I stayed home to clean and try to fix the switch on my ceiling fan. It broke the other day and now the lights don’t work and that’s the only light in the kitchen. So far no luck on fixing that, but will try something different later.🤔 Right now I’m working on another award post, trying to get caught up on awards this week.😂 Then I suppose I should eat something today.😁 Glad you have a few minutes to talk.

      • I should have a better plan for my meals, right now there is no plan. I eat when I get hungry or I just kind of snack, which is not the best idea I know. Hard to convince myself that it’s important.🤔😁But I never forget☕or 🍇!

      • Oh, sorry, I said it would be a great idea, but I haven’t finished it yet, too busy eating!😂 I don’t think that fake kindness is real kindness, I think that honesty and kindness go together. I would like to do this one with you for sure. I have started, finished eating now so will start on that again.
