Hello everyone on this nice, sunny and fairly mild Saturday!  Officially this is the first day of winter.  Right.  Not this far north.  We have had winter for 2 months already, and likely 4 more to go.  However, I’m hoping for an early spring.  Our last early spring was 5 years ago.  But anyway, that’s why today is a great day for the Sunshine Blogger award!! Betul gave me this award and I would like to thank her very much for doing so!!  The Sunshine award is so much fun.  Betul is from Turkey but presently at university in California.  Please check out her blog!

  1. Do you have a grand purpose for your life? If so, what is it?  To make people smile. 🙂🙂🙂Meow!😾 Oh, and of course Muffin helps me with that.😸 Whew, that was close.😳
  2. How much of your daily life do you spend on your phone?  Hardly any time at all. I use it when I need to.😀 I’m not so sure about Muffin though.😹
  3. Do you prefer to have a few close friends or a large group of friends?  A few close friends is good for me, numbers are not important.😁 Meow!😼 Of course Muffin is my best friend.😀😹 This is getting dangerous.😬
  4. How does a typical morning look for you?  Sunny,🌞 warm,🌴 calm,🙂 warm,🌴 quiet,😀 warm,🌴 relaxing,😄 warm,🌴 beautiful,😁 warm,🌴 playing with Muffin,😻 warm, 🌴coffee. ☕☕☕☕☕ Okay, I like to dream sometimes too.🙄🙄 Sigh.
  5. Do you like reading as much as you like writing?  Yes I certainly do.😁📘📚
  6. What inspires you the most (e.g. sunny weather, dog, family etc)  Summer, sunshine, Muffin, WARM places and even though my dad is gone, memory of him still inspires!
  7. If you drink coffee, what is your favorite and why?  COFFEE!!!☕☕☕☕☕😋😋😋😋😋 Not flavored stuff.😒 Real, genuine, regular coffee.👍👌😀😀😀 Black. Nothing in it.  Muffin disagrees with this one.😾😾😹😹
  8. Did you travel to other countries? If so, where?  I have been to the US several times and to France once. That’s it, though I would love to travel and visit other countries too.😃😃✈✈  Muffin disagrees with this also.😾😾
  9. Do you speak other languages than your mother tongue? If so, which languages?  I have enough trouble with English.😂😂😹😹🙄I used to speak French quite well, but have forgotten it almost entirely except for a few words. Sigh.😕🤔🙄
  10. Do you like sleeping?  Only when necessary.😀😀🙄  Muffin says YES!!!😹😹🙄
  11. Weird: Have you ever hit/slap your sibling secretly as a kid (I did, many times)  I’m the youngest in my family, all my siblings are quite a bit older than me.  It would not have been smart to hit them. Nope. Not at all.😲😲😳😳😬😬

    Anywhere with my family…

    Surely I’d love someday… but till now, I haven’t got a chance 😦

    Long vacations but short tours.

    Well, that depends on the vacation. Travelling in summer and at home in winter

    6. Are there any areas in your own country that you have never seen but would like to?
    Many! I’ve not been to many places and there’s always more to explore

    7. Do you have a “bucket list” of things you would like to do?
    I’ve a bucket list for myself and even my imaginary friends (or characters in stories) have their own bucket lists too

    8. How long is your bucket list?
    Quite long

    9.Do you keep a diary or journal?
    I do and my imaginary friends keep too.

    10. Do you keep a written list of things you would like to write about on your blog?
    I don’t but Masaki my imaginary friend does

    I would try to be calm and quietly get away…

    • Thanks so much Sophie! And thanks for answering all my questions too! I think it’s a good thing to have a bucket list, gives us something to always work towards, even if it takes a while to get these things done.😁
      I’m glad I kept a journal of the times with my dad which I can now write about. A lot of the details I would have forgotten otherwise.😀✍
      You would stay calm with such a big spider? When it happened to me that’s what I did too because I wanted to kill it before it ran away. Those big spiders can move fast and can be dangerous for small animals like Muffin.🙀😬

      • Maybe I could not face it so calmly… I don’t know really because I’ve never faced it. (:
        Last time when I got a creepy stingy insect on my finger, I tried to quietly shove it away, so I guessed I could remain calm 🙂 ❤
        Thank goodness, Muffin was safe!
        And I'd really, really love to stay in touch! ❤

      • Those spiders have quite a strong venom, enough to make small animals quite sick, and sometimes even kill them. It can even make some people very sick.

    • Thanks so much Simon! 3 brothers (my oldest brother died several years ago from cancer) and 1 sister (who is the oldest). I’m not feeling well enough for traveling, it will be just Muffin and I for Christmas. We have a fun day planned!😁😸😻⛄🎄 I hope you have a wonderful week ahead!😀😺

      • Hey Simon! Unfortunately by the time I was old enough to remember anything my older siblings had left home already.😳🤪😜 Maybe that’s why my dad and I spent so much time together, there was only me around!😂😹

    LOL your last question is amazing; I love it. If I weren’t so busy, I’d take this and do it myself. 😉
    Anyways, if that were to happen to me, I’d either (1). Make sure it wasn’t poisonous, and if it weren’t, then try to pick it up. Or (2). Grab my camera and take ton of photos of it. I love spiders, so….😜
