Maiden Pink.

Good Saturday morning to everyone!  It’s a bit snowy here this morning but milder at least.  That’s going to change again though with the temp dropping out of sight again tonight and cold weather hanging around for a few days.  But spring keeps getting closer. Still far away, but closer anyway.  The birds were sure busy yesterday, they ate a lot of food.  There was a lot more of them around too.  Muffin’s cabin fever is getting worse.  She’s getting bored with the normal schedule.  That happens this time of year, winter is just a little too long for her.  She likes open windows and chipmunks to watch.  She was helping me clean up the apartment yesterday.  At least, I think that’s what she was trying to do.  It was hard to tell at times.  But I will write about that another time.

For now it’s time for our look at some nice summer pics once again…

And we will start with this beautiful pink peony beginning to open on a sunny early summer day in June.IMG_5699

Followed by another nice darker pink hollyhock.  I don’t think I have shown this one before, but if I did, pretend that I didn’t.😂😹

Well, a bit of a pink theme today, maybe I should have done that yesterday.  Oh well, that’s me, I like to be different.  I hope you all have a beautiful weekend and God bless!

      • Strong north wind has already started which is pulling that cold down and giving it to us. Sigh.
        Even though there are places further north than us, we are often the coldest in Canada!🥶🥶🙀🙀☹😳😲🙄

      • Coldest in Canada 😵 That was too bad…. Anyway people live there, so can I. But sadly I can’t roam around without my shirt😟😸😸

      • You get more days than that?? Sometimes we don’t even get that many days. We have had summers where the temp doesn’t go above 25C and stays mostly around 20C. Those are terrible summers. That blast of cold has begun to arrive now, snow and wind. Snowing so much right now I can barely see across the street.😬😳🌨🌨

      • Why don’t you move on to somewhere south🤔 You like that place that much 🤔😉 I’m just asking. Moving definitely helps you, until you are keeping yourself safe when moving.🙂. stay warm Steve, no matter about street and snow, just stay warm enough 🤗

      • No place in this country that is really much better than where I live😕🤔 and I can’t move out of the country.🤪🤔🙄 If I could I would be gone!🚗🚚✈🛫🛸

      • I heard Canadian government supports retired 🤔 they don’t 😳? The government here does nothing for old people, all the good old homes run by private people✨ My future is simply going to be a lot funnier 😜 probably at an old age home 👻

      • The government does give us a pension but it’s not enough to live in these expensive places.😳 A private pension plan is necessary but unfortunately I never gave that any thought years ago.🤔🙄 That’s the way it goes.😂😹🙄
