Good morning on this sunny Saturday! Well, okay, the sun isn’t exactly shining yet, but it’s supposed to be shining again today. It was just fantastic yesterday with sunny skies and the temp warming up and the snow was turning to water so fast! That’s what I like to see this time of year, all that water flowing steadily everywhere. Our dam must have been opened more fully once again, I can hear the roar of water as it rushes through the spillways right from home. And considering how fast the snow is melting it won’t be long and I will be walking down to the river once again too. Time to view the spring beauty of the forest and river. Time to watch the spring mushrooms begin to grow. Well, it might be a while before that happens, but it’s getting closer all the time. I just wonder what mushrooms might show up in the spring along that path?
But for now, we will continue with our look at bright and beautiful wildflowers…
And one of the first of our spring wildflowers will be this beautiful “viola” that pops up just about everywhere.
And of course the very bright and beautiful “yellow avens” won’t be too far behind.
There it is everyone, I certainly hope you like today’s picks of pics. And I really hope you can manage to enjoy your weekend even in the midst of this corona virus outbreak and stay at home orders that seem to be in place most everywhere. Have a wonderful day and God bless!
Steve and Muffin.
