Sometimes it takes a while, but worth the wait. My chipmunks crawl all over me now! Thank you for following! I hope you will continue to enjoy it here. I will come by your site tomorrow, I’m shutting down for the day now. Have a great weekend!😀😺
Let’s see, get up, have breakfast, have nap, go to church, have lunch, have nap (unless sunny), if sunny go outside and chase dragonflies and butterflies and try to get pictures of them and bees and hornets, then have nap, eat supper, have nap, have snack, go to bed. In between I’ll be here.😂😹
Sound exciting!!😁😁😉😊
My Grandson and Daughter are receiving their Black Belts for Twai Kwon Do tomorrow, so I’ll be there in the morning then home in the aftetnoon.
See?? You just admitted it. Hmm, I can still smell smoke. Must have been a lightning strike started a fire. A forestry helicopter showed up and made several trips with a bucket carrying water from the lake to dump on the fire. Considering it’s quick return it couldn’t be more than half a mile or so away.
I hope so too. Tonight we are supposed to get some heavy smoke come in from a fire about 40 miles north of here, it’s about 14,000 acres and out of control. Quite a few fires around the area right now it seems. So we have been told to keep windows closed. Right, and suffocate. I’ll keep mine open. These old windows don’t keep smoke out anyway.
Neither, one was a long thin flying black thing and one was a bee like thing that wasn’t. Buzzed like a bee, looks like a bee, but if it is I couldn’t find it.🤔🙄
No, he didn’t sting, couldn’t see a stinger on it and I was certainly close enough. About the size of a fly, a bit thinner though, and smooth. Black and yellow markings but didn’t look like a wasp either. Pretty though.
The queen. She starts over in the spring and raises a bunch of workers and drones. Workers are infertile females. Only the queen is fertile. There are more than 3,300 species of bees in N. America.
Not a chance.😲 They scare me.😳🐝 That’s why I sit in the middle of flowers that are covered with bees so I can get pics of them.😬📷🐝 Sometimes I think there is something wrong with me.🤔😳🙄🙄 Well, time for bed, early morning tomorrow. Good night Dusty!😁😴😴 Talk tomorrow.😃 Stay out of the sun!🌞🙄
I went to watch My Grandson and Daughter each receive their 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do this morning. Then another lady that received her 3rd or 4th degree black belt broke a one inch thick concrete paver with her foot. She tried 3 times with her hand and wasn’t successful so she did it with her foot. It was impressive. She couldn’t have been a hundred pounds soaking wet so it was surprising she did it.
Hmm, I didn’t know they had different kinds of black belts, I just thought once you got the black belt that was it, you were on top. Shows how much I don’t know.😳 I saw a guy break a 2 inch concrete paver with his foot.😬 He just stepped on it. He weighed about 400 lbs.🤣🤣 Sorry, couldn’t resist.
Not legal to deduct the cost from the rent since I would be doing it without permission. But they’re not expensive, I should just get it and forget it. Problem is, I forget it when I’m out shopping. Sigh.🙄
My chipmunks are missing, I suspect some 5 little cats and 3 adult cats for the extinction 🙈🧐😺 not sure which one of them did it 😐.. But yes feed the peanut, if, I can see one.😎
ha ha , forgot the Ravens , lot of raven and crows around here they make huge mess in terms of food competition 😅🤣 but yes, pigeons are so many people pets here 😁😁 my cousin have varities of trained pigeons ☺️ it’s so cool watching them.
Here pigeons are traditionally used as love messengers, back when there is no power, no trustable humans, they used pigeons, these days they use them to conduct race, and test their flipping skills in the air and finding who comes to their owner when dropped in an unknown location, it’s quiet a big drama happen here with pigeons 😅 you must watch them on YouTube ☺️ you will love it. no, they don’t eat their eggs, I think 🙄🤔
Yes, I have heard of racing pigeons, they do that a bit in Canada too, not as much now as they used to do though. People used to raise them and eat them too.😺😺 Probably taste like chicken.🤣 I have never tried it, don’t want to. Coming back to their owner, that would be very cool!😃 Carrying messages would be cool too.🤔 Guess they were the original mobile phone!😁😂😹
Exactly! they were the first original mobile phones, we should have named our phones after it, pigeonz 😜 I will never eat them, got used to seeing them as pets..☺️
Precious. We put out peanuts for our neighbourhood squirrels but they have not gotten that friendly yet.

It poured down in a downpour of a thunderstorm that barely wet the bottom of my rain gauge.
