Steve And Muffin’s Weekly Art In Nature. #8

Good morning to all of you! Welcome back to our Art in Nature series! Art is where you find it, and each of us would likely find something different to catch our eyes even if we all walked along the same path, or down the same street. There are just so many things that can become that art for us as we look at the natural things around us. Like the photo below of the various sticks and plants which are actually underwater, though not deep, only about a foot (30cm).

But that water adds a little extra to the art over what the same scene might look like on dry land. Then we have the photo below of the mushrooms around the black walnut stump.

These mushrooms, which like hardwood, soften and help to rot away that old stump. But they also have various shades of brown, plus circles giving them an interesting appearance. Mushrooms of all kinds really make for some very nice objects of art in nature to enjoy. Plus they can be found most anywhere too. Every time you go out for a walk, don’t forget to look for your own art in nature. Have a great day everyone and God bless!
