Wildflower Of The Week. #3
Hi everyone! Here we are again with another of our numerous wildflowers. This one is the “Starflower”. It is a very delicate flower sitting atop a very thin stem. It is amazing the stem is strong enough to hold the flower upright as it does. The plant is anywhere from about 4 inches (10cm) to 8 inches (20cm) tall and loves to grow in very shady areas. It is one of our first summer flowers and I am looking forward to seeing them once again.

We had -38 this morning, but it did warm up to -23, not including the wind problem.😳😂
