For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Greetings everyone and Happy Sunday! It is a beautiful day here, actually feels like spring. The snow is melting, water covers the streets, it even rained last night. The rain, however, froze by morning making it very slippery and causing me to slip, twice, wrenching my back in terrible ways.
It is 43F (6C) right now and the sun is shining nicely. However, clouds are around and we are expected to get more rain beginning later this afternoon. But the temperature is going to drop overnight and stay below freezing this week.

Clustered Bellflower.
That means we will have a lot more ice to deal with this week. And tomorrow I need to get out and do my weekly shopping, so I will need to be careful. A day of spring, then back to winter for a week or two or three, okay, until April apparently. But that’s normal anyway.

Harebell.
For today though we will enjoy a look at some early summer wildflowers, and one that continues most of the summer. And all are in a similar color too, which is a bluish/purplish shade of purple. Kind of.

Purple Vetch.
Anyway, they’re pretty and give us a delightful touch of warmer days ahead. Have a great week everyone and God bless!
