For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Good afternoon and Happy Sunday to everyone! It is a cloudy and somewhat cool day here with a temperature of 41F, or 5C. It was quite windy earlier this morning but that seems to have calmed down now. Yesterday was a remarkable 50F, or 10C, and mostly sunny and windy. Tomorrow will be even nicer, but Tuesday brings us back to normal, meaning rather cool.
But there’s no snow on the ground and that makes me happy, and if their long range forecast holds true, we won’t see snow on the ground until the end of the month. That would be much later than normal, and that’s fine with me. Stores, of course, disagree. They want snow on the ground.

New Guinea Impatiens
It’s hard to sell winter related items when there is no snow. That makes sense. So, store owners/managers want snow. Same with Christmas. Around here people don’t think about Christmas, or Christmas shopping, when there is no snow.

Geraniums, called Pink Freckles
Unless you’re like me. But then, I’m kinda different. Anyway, here are some nice, bright pictures of flowers for you to enjoy and hopefully brighten your day a little. I like looking at flowers. I also like warm places.

Geraniums and other plants, overlooking part of our beautiful lake.
Have I ever mentioned that before? If not, I do like warm places. I’m not a fan of this cool weather. Oh well. I hope you all have a nice week and God bless!

Hi, Steve! Lovely flowers! I especially like the New Guinea Impatiens and the Pink Freckles. Loved how the petals look, as well as vivid colors. π
I hope you have a wonderful new week, too! βΊοΈ
