Nature’s Art…#15.

Hello to everyone on this somewhat snowy morning here at Steve’s Country.  Muffin just never seems to enjoy sitting at the window when it’s snowing.  I don’t blame her for that.  Even though it can look quite beautiful to see the new snow covering everything to give the landscape a fresh white look, by this time of the winter it can be a little much.  Kind of discouraging to see more snow being added when by this time it would be nice to have that snow melting away instead.  With the beauty of spring returning to the north.  However, that won’t happen for a while yet.  But Muffin is happy however.  Remember I mentioned her boyfriend, Scrappy, was sick?  Well, it wasn’t quite as serious as thought.  Still, it’s not the best, he has diabetes.  So his human has to give him needles each day and check his blood sugar.  I can just imagine me doing that to Muffin.  I would be getting the needles instead!

Okay, back to the art in nature pics which today will take on a wintry scene with some frosty landscape…

Heavy frost covered all the trees last week for a couple days which did give the landscape a lovely look indeed.IMG_2164

It even decorated the bare twigs and branches of the smaller shrubs.

Well, that is our picks of pics for today’s look at art in nature.  It would have been even nicer if the sun had been shining, but by the time the sun came out briefly 3 days later, the frost was gone.  Anyway, enjoy your day and God bless!

  2. I can imagine it looks like a wintery wonderland there! 🥶❄️⛄️ Our weather here is more like 💦☔️🙄.

I don’t think I would be brave enough to bare a needle near Muffin. I definitely need my feet intact! I don’t think my Grace would either. She has her own needle sharp claws to fight back with.😹

    • Yep, it definitely looks like winter here, and getting back to that frigid cold tonight, down around -30F.🥶🙀
If I tried that with Muffin she would end up sticking me with that needle! Just no way it would be possible. I speak from experience and I didn’t even show her a needle, almost ended at the ER I was bleeding so badly!😲😳🙄😾😾

    • Muffin definitely wouldn’t take that laying down. I would end up with more needles, huge scratches, than she would, if I ever did get the needle in her, which I doubt.😂😹😾

    • Thanks Sharon! Yes, Muffin would never sit still for that. She would end up giving me that needle. Scrappy is a calmer type cat.😬😳🙄😾
