For a smile as wide as a country sunrise

Good morning on this sunny Saturday! Well, okay, the sun isn’t exactly shining yet, but it’s supposed to be shining again today. It was just fantastic yesterday with sunny skies and the temp warming up and the snow was turning to water so fast! That’s what I like to see this time of year, all that water flowing steadily everywhere. Our dam must have been opened more fully once again, I can hear the roar of water as it rushes through the spillways right from home. And considering how fast the snow is melting it won’t be long and I will be walking down to the river once again too. Time to view the spring beauty of the forest and river. Time to watch the spring mushrooms begin to grow. Well, it might be a while before that happens, but it’s getting closer all the time. I just wonder what mushrooms might show up in the spring along that path?
But for now, we will continue with our look at bright and beautiful wildflowers…

And one of the first of our spring wildflowers will be this beautiful “viola” that pops up just about everywhere.
And of course the very bright and beautiful “yellow avens” won’t be too far behind.
There it is everyone, I certainly hope you like today’s picks of pics. And I really hope you can manage to enjoy your weekend even in the midst of this corona virus outbreak and stay at home orders that seem to be in place most everywhere. Have a wonderful day and God bless!

I read on a website that the
Covid 19 virus has reduced the percentage of air pollution in some countries including Italy , Iran and China …
I even heard on the news that the satellite shows that the air has become clearer in the capital city of Lebanon called Beirut …
In New York city, the air has become cleaner …

Yes, air pollution has been reduced worldwide, but at terrible cost to human life and the world economies.

Yes , I think there is no death but transition from one life form to another …
This helps people evolve and discover sustainable green ways of economic development including renewable energy, electric cars , reforestation, recycling and any other more environmentally friendly practice .
God bless our world…
The divine has sent Covid 19 to make human consciousness aware of human greed and selfishness…God is gracefully compassionate and limitlessly generous…

I love the tiny viola. There are many beautiful, tiny flowers that most people never notice.

Thanks! True, but shouldn’t be out in the middle of the day. I probably won’t get that far on my first trip out.😁😸🌙🐻

Great pics Steve! Here in central Ohio, the ground is water-logged. Winter wheat fields are looking awesome.

Thanks Richard! The ground here was super wet going into winter so all the melting snow water is just running off. So they have opened our dam fully again to handle the increase of inflow.
