For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Hi everyone! Well, our hot weather continued yesterday with a high of 90F (32C) and mainly cloudy with showers in the morning. It cleared by mid afternoon though, so it was a very humid day. It is supposed to be mainly sunny and hot today as well.
Then the weather changes drastically to very cool until the end of next week. Guess it’s going to be one of those summers with a real up and down weather pattern. The birds are sure busy singing these days. Now that the leaves are out fully I don’t get to see them much, but they sure have a nice chorus each day.

They begin singing about 3:30am now even though it’s still dark. There is a greater variety of species around the building this summer than last year. Unfortunately the Baltimore Orioles didn’t come back this year, I guess after losing their nest to the crows last year they decided to nest somewhere else this summer.

I haven’t heard any Nighthawks this year, I like listening to their buzzing calls at night as they chase after mosquitoes and other night flying insects. Well, I hope you enjoy today’s flowering trees. Have a great day and God bless everyone!
